Family tickets summer special prices update

On 20 July, special discounted fares were introduced on Cornwall’s buses for the family all day ticket of £10 and family all week ticket of £30, see special offer on fares.

Unfortunately, conflicting information was being disseminated on various platforms, e.g. Transport for Cornwall website showed old fares of £15 and £50 respectively, and the First Bus app purchase prices for these tickets remained at £15 and £50. As of today, 25 July, First has now updated the prices on its app to bring them into line with the prices on the Go Cornwall Bus app of £10 and £30. If anyone has bought either of these tickets from First since 20 July and paid the incorrect prices, they may wish to claim a refund from First. The page on the First website relevant to refunds is First ticket refunds, although it may be a bit difficult to fit your request into their pre-formatted template.

Meanwhile, the Transport for Cornwall website, as of today, continues to display the wrong information.
