First Bus running focus group to discuss multi-operator ticketing

First Bus has announced on its Twitter feed that it is running a focus group to discuss multi-operator ticketing. Multi-operator ticketing is an important feature of bus travel in Cornwall where passengers frequently need to catch both a First bus and a Go Cornwall bus either to complete one journey or perhaps on a return journey on the same route. It is a feature of the Transport for Cornwall offer that says, "Once you’ve found the ticket that suits you best you can use it on any bus in Cornwall no matter what colour it is, or who's driving it.”
